Services
How can you guarantee that I will have the same support worker/carer who will assist me in my care?
Our priority is our clients’ well being, which includes having the same support worker during your period of service. Purple Blossom Care Directors, Andrea or Charlotte, will meet with you to learn about what you are looking for in terms of support and the type of support worker you would like. Through continued communication, we will work together to locate your perfect support worker.
Circumstances do arise when a staff member is ill or takes time off, thus the need for a temporary support worker. This will be discussed this with you and together we will come up with an arrangement that is pleasing to you.
Do you have your own staff or do you use sub-contractors?
We, at Purple Blossom Care, believe in the professional quality care. Therefore, we hire our own staff.
Can you provide staff that speaks a particular language?

Costs
How much will each service that I need cost?
We are a competitively priced agency, who works privately with clients. We provide care for those who manage their own home care package and those who are self-managed NDIS participants or plan managed. Costs are dependent on the time of day and the number of hours you require. During our complimentary consultation, we will discuss our fees. We endeavour to make our pricing system as easy as possible with no hidden fees. Additional mileage costs during service will be incurred.
Do you charge an exit amount if I were to cancel my service arrangement with you and if so, how much do you charge?
Purple Blossom Care believes you will be more than happy with our services. However, we do understand that circumstances arise and that you may wish to cancel your services. If this is the case, we will be sad to see you leave, and may charge a nominal flat fee of $150 to allow proper and prompt transfer of paperwork.
